Here at William May, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with each and every jewellery purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, we offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. Please find the steps below on how to return your order.

Additional Returns Information 

  1. Generally, you are responsible for the cost of returning your items to William May, including any additional fees or insurance cover. If we have agreed that the products you received were faulty or mis-described, then we will cover the costs; however, you are still responsible for the safe return of the products in accordance with the procedures outlined above. If we have agreed to cover the costs of the return, you must provide a certificate of postage and evidence of your return costs - in the form of a Post Office receipt. 
  2. We offer various warranties on all of our products. If your product becomes faulty please contact us for further information. If you take the item elsewhere to be repaired this will unfortunately void your warranty and we will be unable to repair/replace the item. Additional to this, if you take the item elsewhere to be repaired we will unfortunately not cover the costs of repair for any reason.
  3. Please be aware that we are unable to refund any costs paid for resizing or work carried out on items that you have requested.
