William May prides itself on always going the extra mile for our customers, and we want to ensure your purchases get to you as quickly and safely as possible. We dispatch all of our parcels in discreet packaging, so if you’re ordering a gift or planning a proposal, your secret is safe with us!
Not only do we deliver to anywhere in the UK, William May also makes EU and international deliveries, meaning you can shop with us from just about anywhere in the world.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery (Free on orders over £75, £4.00 on orders under £75)
- Delivery is within 2-3 working days for orders placed before 9am
- Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
- You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
Next Day Delivery (Free on orders over £150, £3.50 on orders over £75)
- Please note, not all of our items will be available for next day delivery, contact us to confirm on 0161 205 3575
- Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
- You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
*Next day delivery in the following places will take 3 working days: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands*
Saturday Delivery (£12)
- Order Before 9am on Friday for delivery on Saturday
- Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
- You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
International Delivery
European Delivery (Free on orders over £250, £12 on orders under £250)
- Delivery is within 5-7 working days
- Your order will be despatched with Royal Mail
- You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
International Delivery (£18)
- Delivery is within 5-7 working days
- Your order will be dispatched with Royal Mail
- You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
Exceptions
Ring Sizing
Please be aware that any alterations will add approximately 7-10 working days to your estimated delivery date. If you would like to have one of our rings altered or if you require the ring sooner, please contact our customer service team on 0161 205 3575 or email us at enquiry@william-may.co.uk.
Fraud
To protect both the security of our customers and ourselves, we do all we can to prevent fraudulent transactions. We conduct a series of checks on every transaction as standard, and if any issues arise we will contact the cardholder as quickly as we can. Please be aware that if an order is flagged as suspicious it will be placed on a temporary hold, and whilst we will do everything we can to meet the promised delivery date there may be a delay with your order.
To avoid these delays please ensure the billing address entered at checkout matches the card used, as any incorrect information will be queried.
Finance
If you choose to place your order with our finance option your order may not be delivered within the individual time stated for each product. Due to the application process, there may be a 1-2 day delay before dispatch. Please contact us on 0161 205 3575 to confirm your estimated delivery date.
Bank Holidays
Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays
