Do you have your own piece of jewellery or a watch you'd like to have engraved?
If so, you can use the same form and describe the item you want engraved. We may request images of your piece to provide an accurate quote. If you decide to get the item engraved, we will send you a payment link to pay for the engraving work to be completed.

If you're ordering an item from us and wish to have it engraved, sit back as we take care of the engraving process before shipping it to you.
If you're sending us an item for engraving, please send it to the following address with a note advising us of your name and that you are having the item engraved:

Once we receive your item, we'll pass it on to our engravers. After the work is finished, we'll send it back to you promptly.
Kindly be aware that the engraving process may require 7-10 working days for completion, regardless of the chosen delivery option at checkout.
Please note that engraving will commence only upon receipt of payment.
Our engraving services are non-refundable, and engraved products are not eligible for return unless covered by the guarantee.
